Please be aware that all booked times are inclusive of a pickup and drop-off at predetermined destinations. Customers will arrive at the desired destination in a timely manner. Unique Unlimited is not responsible for customers who arrived to a destination at an unexpected time due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as, but not limited to: traffic, flat tire, mechanical problems, emergencies, etc).
All bookings will be secured with a 50% deposit. A deposit is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged with the business owner. Failure to pay the reservation booking deposit will result in automatic cancellation.
Payment is accepted via cash, Debit/Credit, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. If paying with cash, full payment is expected upon pick up (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Unique Unlimited retains a 72-hour reservation cancellation policy, and will honor a full refund for a scheduled ride if notified greater than 72-hours in advance. Customers agree to be charged 25% of their rate if canceling in the preceding 72 – 24 hours of their scheduled booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of a reservation will not be refunded, customers agree to pay the reservation in full. If canceling due to an emergency, please contact the business owner, as accommodations can be made; however, this is at the discretion of the business owner, and is assessed case by case.
All Unique Unlimited vehicles are regularly deep cleaned, you can expect a clean and sanitary ride experience. Unique Unlimited does recognize and allow service animals in our vehicles. For the safety of the driver and the animal, Unique Unlimited will have a designated space in the back of the vehicle where the animal will ride. If you have questions or concerns about this, please contact the business owner.
Masks are not required, however, if you are experiencing any sick or flu-like symptoms we do ask that you wear one.
Unique Unlimited reserves the right to refuse service, or terminate rides prematurely. If customers fail to demonstrate appropriate behavior, mistreat vehicles, or disrupt the peace of the ride experience, the driver can and will terminate the ride. A refund will not be offered. Please refer to our “Cancellation Policy” portion for further details. We work hard to provide you with a high level of service, and kindly ask that you return the courtesy, and respect we extend to you.
If after your ride we discover any form of vandalism, customers agree to being held responsible for a professional cleaning and or any necessary replacements to damaged components. Examples may include, but are not limited to: scratching of the leather seats, purposefully damaging any interior commodities, disrespectful misuse of the interior of the vehicle, disposing of garbage or spilling drinks in the cabin, excrement of bodily fluids, etc. If professional cleaning or repair services become necessary to returning a vehicle to a serviceable condition, customers agree and are financially liable for the rest time of the vehicle. Rest time of vehicles vary depending on the severity of vandalization and the vehicle itself. Customer financial responsibility for damages to a vehicle start with a $500.00 non-negotiable damage fee. This fee is excluded from costs incurred by a customer for cleaning or repairs as needed. Unique Unlimited will provide you with a luxurious space during your ride with us, and as such, there is an expectation that customers will respect the space. Customers who are unable to respect the space will be held financially responsible for returning the vehicle to a serviceable condition.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before exiting your ride as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Customers with any questions or concerns must contact the business owner immediately.
Unique Unlimited treats personal details and payment information gathered from customers with the highest level of confidentiality. No personal information is ever shared.
